Protein diet! Lose Weight without starving!

Authorized products: meat, bacon, sausages, fish, eggs, mushrooms, olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper, garlic and all vegetables except prohibited.
Drinks: water, coffee, black tea and green sugar substitutes and can be drunk in any quantity. The daily diet should be at least two liters of water. Be sure to drink a glass of water before meals. The meal itself not drink water and do not drink the water for half an hour after eating.




Regulation of protein supply:
- Salads with olive oil and lemon juice
- Hot - in olive oil, but without the breading
- The number of meals - at least 5 a day, but do not overeat, eat as much as you need to saturation.

- Avoid foods that are not in the permitted list - unscheduled carbohydrates would negate all your efforts
