Why and how to become a vegetarian

Free Link Exchange
Interview with vegetarian.

My friend Mark is a vegetarian.  Every time when we sit at the table we are talking about health and diets. He is a pharmacist, 60 years old, looks healthier and younger than other people his age.

I interviewed him to find out what it is like to be a vegetarian, and how vegetarians stay healthy despite not eating meat.

For those of you curious to learn more about what its like to be a vegetarian tune in to the interview bellow:

1. What type of a vegetarian are you?

I’m an ovolactovegetarian.

2. Have you always been a vegetarian? Or was there a particular event that motivated you to want to change your lifestyle?

About 20 years ago, we decided since we love our dogs and wouldn’t eat them, that we should extrapolate that belief to all animals, so we stopped eating meat.

3. What are you reason(s) for becoming a vegetarian?

Ethical—we believe all animals we share our planet with have a value and they deserve to live no less than our lives have value.

4. What sort of animal products do you avoid to be considered a vegetarian?

“Anything with a face on it”!—poultry, beef, pork, fish, etc.

5. Do you eat eggs, milk, cheese or honey? Why or why not?

We eat eggs and cheese—we buy eggs from free ranging or organic hens and organic cheese—it’s something we would like to work on to swear off eating these products.

6. How do you gain all your necessary nutrients? Do you think this is sufficient?

People believe we need lots of protein and that one gets this from meat---that couldn’t be further from the truth. All foods, including vegetables have enough protein to satisfy our nutritional requirements.

7. Do you incorporate your vegetarian lifestyle into other aspects of your lifestyle?

We buy clothes made from cotton or synthetic fibers---DEFINITELY NO FUR!!
8. Do your family or friends eat meat? Does this affect how you relate to them?

My wife, along with my son do not eat meat.  My in-laws, cousins, aunts, etc do eat meat, but we have no problem with that---we were meat eaters once.

9. What was your family’s reaction to your lifestyle choice?

They accepted and respected our decision.

10. What type of meals do you most often cook/eat?

Pasta, vegetables, soups (beans in particular).

11. Have you inspired others to become a vegetarian? If so how?
• Yes/no

By simply explaining our beliefs when they asked why we are vegetarians.

12. Has your social life been affected with your friends?

Aside from them teasing us about it occasionally (which doesn’t bother us at all)----no.

13. How do you feel to be in social situations? (For example going to a restaurant or friends house)?

No problem—we just let them know and they’re happy to accommodate us.

14. If you have/will have children would you want them to follow your lifestyle too?

Our son’s a vegetarian also.

15. Do you find that the price of the food needed for a vegetarian lifestyle is different to a meat-eater?

I think it’s about the same---cheaper if one buys food in bulk.

16. Do you feel there is enough nutritional guidance to lead a healthy vegetarian diet?

I think there could be more information supplied to the public to help people realize this is a very healthy diet.

17. What is your diet mostly made up of?

Fruits, vegetables, whole grains (cereals and breads), nuts, seeds, non-dairy milks (almond in particular), fruit juices

18. What sort of meals would you have throughout the week?

Pasta, rice, vegetables, soups (beans in particular). There are also vegetarian versions of burgers, chicken, and hot dogs that are also available in mainstream supermarkets (Giant, Acme, etc).

19. Do you find it hard to gain all the necessary nutrients?

The only nutrient of concern is Vitamin B-12 which is found in organ meats. We get enough of this nutrient by supplementing with a one-a day vitamin and almond milks.

20. Do you use any supplements to ensure you gain enough vitamins and minerals? Why?

A one-a day vitamin. Studies have shown people have a longer and higher quality of life if they take a multiple vitamin supplement every day.

21. Have you had any health problems/ benefits from your lifestyle choice?

I feel great physically and mentally.

22. What have you found easiest and hardest about being a vegetarian?

Easiest---knowing I’m not eating something that suffered before it landed on my plate. Hardest—limitations in the menus of some restaurants of what is offered (but that’s improved a lot!)
23. Do you think eating meat is a very brutal thing?

PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) has a video out which shows the horrors of the meat raising industry. Most people are not aware of the cruelty that goes behind the food that’s on their plates.

24. What do you think of your friends that like to eat meat a lot?

That’s their choice. I explain to them my beliefs (if they ask) and let them make their own decisions. A lot of them actually have cut back on their meat consumption considerably.

25.  Do you think you get enough nutrition?

Yes.

26.   Do you want your child to be vegetarian like you?

He is ovolactovegetarian like us and enjoys foods that most kids would not even think of trying (he’s been raised a vegetarian since birth).

27. What were your favorite foods before you went vegetarian, and now that you are vegetarian?

Before—pasta and meatballs. After—soups and my wife’s homemade macaroni and cheese.

Why and how sea salt and baking soda treat cancer and radiation.

Free Link Exchange
Sea salt and baking soda – the best means for treatment from a cancer and influence of radiation!

                                                                         Part 1.

If you have undergone radiation in any form – such as fluoroscope, mammogram, or other medical researchers, connected with influence of x-ray radiation, during beam therapy, or if you experienced high radiation (for example, in case of residing near a nuclear reactor, work on diagnostic x-ray installations, in nuclear industries, on uranium mines, in manufacture of uranium or plutonium) if you experience radioactive particles or high doze of the radiating radiation, proceeding from impoverished uranium, at testing the nuclear weapon, at frequent flights at the big height, because of nuclear catastrophe (failure of the atomic power station in Japan), etc. – Following advice and means are intended for all these cases as to how naturally we can help our body to get rid of harmful radioactive elements (strontium and radioactive iodine) or to neutralize their harm.

Please see this video first:

see this video on You Tube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TAIq0-WIEXw

If you are exposed to beam therapy you will need to use a macrobiotic. A macrobiotic is very effective in treatment from radiation and cancer.

If you have cancer and you wish to survive, avoid beam therapy. Beam therapy of any type kills people more then cancer. Influence of radiation causes an avalanche of free radicals which destroy the immune system. Free radicals spoil DNA, protein and fats. Harm from free radicals has been clinically proven as the source of cancer. As they say, people do not die of cancer; they die because of the poisoning of radiation. Frequent influence of radiation by means of so-called therapy overloads immune system. Cancer does not lead to loss of hair – it is beam therapy. Cancer does not cause weight reduction – beam therapy does. Cancer does not make patients weak; beam therapy poisons the body and makes it weak.

Researchers Michio and Avelin Kushy in their book « Macrobiotic diet » write: « During nuclear bombardment of Nagasaki in 1945, Taciuro  Akusuke managed a department of therapy in the hospital of Santa Francisco in Nagasaki. Many patients were mile from the center of explosion, have got rid of the general influence of a bomb, however soon they become ill with symptoms of the radiation sickness caused by radiation. Doctor Akusuke held the personnel and patients on strict macrobiotic diet including brown rice, miso and soya soup with tamari and other marine vegetables, a pumpkin and sea  salt, also it forbade to use sugar and sweets. As a result all have survived in this hospital while other city dwellers were lost because of radiation sickness ».
If you are a survivor from the accident in Japan or you are surveyed by means of x-ray radiation or if you receive beam therapy from cancer, take baths from sea salt (not from table salt with added iodine) and then radiation will leave your body.

If you have cancer of the mouth or throat, or if you have undergone fatal beam therapy, rinsing with  baking soda mixed with water, will help you to neutralize radiation.

Baking soda is strong in treatment of infections with radiation.  In New- Mexico University in national laboratory, the researcher Don York used baking soda for the weeding polluted by uranium. Bicarbonate of sodium contacts uranium, separating it from dirt.  Thus York has removed more than ninety two percent of uranium from samples of the polluted ground.
If this did not convinced you?  You should know that in the US Army they recommend the use of baking soda to protect kidneys from radiation.

Radiation is very toxic. Susceptibility in any quantities is harmful to its influence to an organism. Susceptibility of the radiation at influence by X-rays- (hospitals and the airports) – the most dangerous source of a poisoning with radiation.  X-ray radiation and beam therapy are much more dangerous, than radiation in case of accident, as influence concentrated and frequent.

To expel radiation from your body add a cup of sea salt and 1 half a cup of baking soda in your bath and bathe in it for at least twenty to thirty minutes every day within three weeks or in day within six weeks … or have a rest at West India or Pacific Ocean and swim every day for three weeks!
Why West Indies or Pacific Ocean?  Becauseof its greatest concentration of sea salt.
What is the best place on a planet for treatment from radiation?  Dead Sea in Israel, in the Dead Sea occurs fourfold more than salt than in the majority of oceans.  Sea salt deduces radiation from an organism.

Can not travel to the Dead Sea to recover from a poisoning with radiation?
The pinch of qualitative salt in several glasses of the distilled water every day will provide you with all minerals and will deduce elements of which you wish to get rid from your body.

How to burn fat from the hips: the best exercises

Free Link Exchange
For many people fat on the hips is a great problem. I have a solution to this problem.  Here is what you are going to do:

There is different way you can burn fat from the hips. To achieve a good result, it is necessary to pay special attention to lateral muscles of the stomach and hips. We will try different exercises below.

Let's begin with the simplest exercise for the hips using a hoop. Yes-yes, an ordinary hoop. Important to twist no  less than 10 minutes a day. An excellent version instead of cookies when watching TV.

Groups of muscles: slanting muscles of the stomach, muscles of the bottom part of the body and buttocks are involved in this exercise.

Techniques of performance:  For performance of this exercise sit down on a fitness ball.  Hold your back straight.  Shoulders are lowered and allocated back.  Legs on the floor.  Then start to roll the ball to the right and to the left.  Your body should remain motionless.  Track  that, you did not bend neither forward, nor back.  At proper performance you will feel, how slanting muscles of the stomach work.  Do about 6 to 15 repetitions for each side

Slopes aside
Techniques of performance: Kneel next to the fitness ball, so that it is positioned to the right of you. Put the left leg forward and bend your knee. Put the right-hand on the ball, and the left behind your head. As a result your body should be inclined to the right, and your hips are motionless. Now start to carry out slopes to the left in a vertical position. So your hips do not move.  Do about 6  to 15 repetitions for each side.

Raising your legs
Techniques of performance: Lay down on the right side to the fitness ball. Put your right hand on the floor, legs straight  and you should lean on an external side of the right foot. Start to lift the left leg upwards. Then come back in a starting position. Do about 6  to 15 repetitions for each side.

 Clock
Techniques of performance: Lay down on the floor, bend legs in the knees and put them on the ball. Start to roll ball clockwise.

  Bicycle
Techniques of performance: lay down on the floor. Hands behind your head, legs are bent in the knees and lifted. We touch the right elbow to the left knee and on the contrary. So it is necessary to make from 20  to 30 times.

 Lateral rises
Lay down on the right side and make sure your head is straight. Develop shoulders so that you could see the ceiling.  Start to do rises. Make 15 times from each side.
This exercise can be altered, and the second will turn out. Lay down on the right side. The right-hand in front of you, left hand behind the head. At the same time lift legs and do a slope with your body to the left so that a certain similarity of a horseshoe has turned out. 10 times from each side.

Do not forget to warm up before you start any exercises.
There is also a list of food that can help you to reduce fat from your body: whole eggs, fish oil, wild Salmon, berries, yogurt, flax seeds, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, mixed nuts, red meat, broccoli, spinach, turkey, quinoa, tomatoes, oranges, apples, carrots, water, Green Tea.

Putting it All Together: perform your exercises regularly, eat the correct food, drink good water and most importantly love yourself.

Tap water is the best choice of drink.

Free Link Exchange Free Link Exchange
 Is your tap water safe?
Would you drink tap water as the major source of drinking water? Many Americans do and thereby are saying it is the best drinking water source on their behalf. Is a sensible choice?
The general consensus is that tap water is a safe, healthy, and economical choice for most Americans. What's more, experts say it's preferable to bottled water.
Why? "There is no reason to think that bottled water is any cleaner or safer since it doesn't have to meet the same stringent requirements as tap," says Jenny Powers of the Natural Resources Defense Council.  http://www.naturalhealthmag.com/green-living/turn-tap

In fact, current FDA regulations don't require bottled water to be tested as frequently as the EPA requires for tap water.
A four-year intensive study of the bottled-water industry by the NRDC revealed that approximately 25 percent or more of bottled water simply comes from the tap; sometimes further treated and sometimes not. The Environmental Working Group discovered 38 pollutants, from caffeine to Tylenol to heavy metals, in the 10 brands of bottled water it tested.
Given those kinds of reports it's hard to justify the hefty price tag that bottled water commands (about 1,900 times the cost of public water according to EWG). There are also several environmental costs associated with producing and shipping bottled water across the globe and then disposing of all the empty bottles.
That said, the quality of your tap water depends on where you live. "There are certainly situations where tap water is not up to standard," says Powers, "but if you do have concerns, there are ways to check on and improve the quality of it."
Start by finding out what's in your tap water. Here's how:

  • If you have well water, click here for the EPA's guidelines on keeping your water safe and healthy.

  • The only way to know what's coming out of your tap is to test it. Lead, for example, might not be in your municipal supply, but it can leach from your pipes. You can buy a simple test online or at your local hardware store. Or, visit your state or municipal government website to find out if your city or town provides free lead-testing kits. Click here for links to certified labs in each state.
Use water filters to get rid of contaminants or improve the taste of your water. There are many brands and models, but here are the basics:

  • Choose a filter that gets rid of the contaminants present in your water. A carbon filter is a relatively inexpensive and common solution for many water contaminants, but check the label to make sure it's filtering what you want it to. Reverse osmosis and whole house systems are more complicated options, but in some cases may be necessary. Click here for a brief description of your different options or here for Consumer Reports' ratings on specific brands.

  • Don't forget to change your filters regularly.

Why Are Home Water Filters the Best Option?

The use of home water filters is one of the best ways to protect your health. These filters are effective, economical, and easy to maintain. How do these filters work? What makes them so effective in purifying tap water?
There are many types of home water filters but basically, filtration works by using a special filter to prevent contaminants from passing through its pores. Selective filtration is one of the best ways to filter H2O as it involves a series of steps including carbon filtration, ion exchange, and submicron filtration.
In carbon filtration, a carbon block is used to remove contaminants and impurities from water in two ways.
First, it physically prevents contaminants from passing through. Second, the carbon absorbs dissolved contaminants present in tap water. Carbon is a highly absorbent material and can remove a wide variety of pollutants including chlorine, THMs, VOCs, lead, and other organic substances.
While carbon removes these harmful contaminants, it does not remove healthy minerals in water like calcium, potassium, and magnesium. These minerals are needed by the body and help give the liquid a more pleasant taste. In addition, it also keeps the pH of the water at the right level.
Ion exchange is also an important step in water purification. It reduces the hardness of tap water and it also removes dissolved inorganic substances. Submicron filtration also plays an important role as it helps filter out pathogens like bacteria, parasites, and even giardia and cryptosporidium cysts which are resistant to chlorine.
As mentioned earlier, there are numerous kinds of home H2O filters. Which should you choose? Here are examples of the type of home filters so you can determine which one best meets your needs.
COUNTER TOP WATER FILTERS
Counter top filters are easy to install on kitchen faucets. It filters water straight from the tap but only a single sink is serviced in the home.
UNDER THE SINK WATER FILTERS
Under the sink filters also service only a single sink in the home. It is more discreet though, as it is placed under the sink and won't take up any space on the counter.
SHOWER FILTERS
Shower filters are also available as it is not only important to drink clean water, but to use pure water for bathing, washing, and other purposes as well.
INLINE WATER FILTERS
Inline water filters are ideal for ice-makers, water fountains, refrigerators, and water coolers.
WHOLE HOUSE FILTERS
Whole house water filters ensure that every drop of water in every faucet of your home only gives out pure, clean, and safe water which can be used for various purposes such as drinking, cooking, bathing, and washing clothes.
Lee Ann Wise advocates the use of home water filters to all consumers who are serious about protecting the health of their families. For more information, and to get your free copy of the Water Wealth Report, go to WaterPurityCentral.com today!

Lazy people live longer.

Free Link Exchange

Do you want to live longer? Then drop the fitness regime and put your feet up.
“Everybody has a limited amount of  life energy  and the speed with which it is consumed determines their life span”, Le Hinge Master of Chuan Fallen (chains cigun system)

”Skip the marathon and take a nap”, Michaela Axt-Gadermann, M.D.,

Here is my story:
My name is Boris Vildbaum; I am 52 years old man, martial arts expert for many years.
I started doing sports when I was 9 years old. My dad chose for me to do light athletics.  That is where I learned how to run fast and easy, how to breathe correctly when you run for long or short distances.  I spent 3 years doing that.  Then, my friend took me swimming and after 3 years I was swimming as well as a seal, long, fast, and in any style. The next sport I learned was wrestling for another 4 years, followed by boxing, kayaking, motorcycling and car racing. I finally settled on martial arts, which I have been practicing and teaching for many years.
As with many people who practice sports, I had sustained injuries such as back pain, meniscus problems, neck, elbow and palm pain, broken nose and some teeth, and two hernias.
Would you like me to continue?  I don’t think so.
I tried to keep my muscles big and strong.  However when I was taking a break, my body tried to change me back to my natural state.  When I asked my physical therapist why this is happening to me, his response was "when you work out for 5 weeks, and then stop for 1 week, your body returns back as if you never worked out before".

This happens to all of us no matter what race or ethnicity you are.  Assuming that, every other person in the world because of physical exercises or heavy job got injured, remaining in not comfortable, often in painful situation for their whole life. The reasons are because of very difficult healing issues, extra sports and loads.

My friend’s son  who is an excellent football player, last year, had a knee surgery.  He was disabled for almost a year. After a while he is finally playing again. With severe problem, pain, badgering all the time. One of my coworkers had back surgery after hard work out.  All year he was not doing fitness. Now he started over again.  Another friend injured the palm of his hand in the same way. He is a computer programmer, now he is unable to type.  He is continuing his fitness program. My other female coworker 32 years old few years ago, got both knee replacement surgeries.  Only, because, she was running 1 hour, every morning, for several years.  Now she is only walking.
When I asked these people why after all this pain, they are going to keep doing more exercises, they all say “for better health and to look good." There are millions of similar stories.

Because, they like sports, everybody exercises. Let’s look at the people around.  In the Fitness clubs, when you come over, you see many muscled men and women working out hard.  Outside on the streets, people running and bicycling any time of the day and night.  Most of them work out for good looks and they think for better health.
It was always this way, but there is a problem!!!
They are wrong.  This is great mistake!  Excessive exercise is bad for your health and for your life.
People live longer if they sleep eight to nine hours a night, take naps, and avoid long work hours and extreme exercise, say the researchers.  When you exercise to an extreme--like for an hour or more seven days a week without giving your body a chance to rest between workouts--your adrenal glands become overworked, thus weakening your immune system.
Also, there have been studies that  show that if you sleep more, it is easier to lose weight. So sleeping more without any stress is the way to live. Say European researcher Roya Nikkhah

Do you like it? If all this information is true, you should live at least 100 years.
People think that health and physical culture are connected among themselves. Yes they are connected, but only if we exercise moderately, or short time a day.  My strong opinion is if you do it 10 minutes a day and walk, during your breaks, that is enough to feel vigorous and healthy.

Sports however are different.  From sportsmen the increase of a training load, especially from modern sportsmen is required. To adapt itself physically for levels of the modern sports form and to conform to high norms, sportsmen should hold constantly their body in the best condition. In the name of achievement of such objective it is necessary to increase a training load, To stimulate blood circulation and by that to strengthen a metabolism in cells, to support an active condition of an organism. Why by all means it is necessary to strengthen a metabolism? Because, the body of the sportsman should be in the best sports form constantly.  The human body will consist of uncountable quantity of cells which pass some phases of progress. New cells possess the raised viability and activity, they enter a condition of growth. And when reach a limit of the progress, cease to develop, start to lose activity. When it falls up to the bottom limit, it on change new cells come.   For an example 12 hours  a cycle. Let say, in six o'clock in the morning cell fission then all cells are in a condition of rise is made. The ninth, tenth and eleventh hours are the most good for them time. And at twelve o'clock cells already cease to rise on a vital way and start to lose activity. In the mean time, cells still have half of viability. However this remained half any more does not answer a sports condition for competition.
What do sportsmen do? They strengthen training, accelerate blood circulation that new cells to replace old. Here, on what way there are our sportsmen. Means, cells fail halfway the life, not having finished all process. As a result sportsmen can keep a sound health and the raised viability constantly. However cells of the person cannot share endlessly. The number of cellular divisions is limited.

Let's admit, for all human life of a cell at it hundred times can share, in fact they share not less than, one million times. We shall admit, the normal person can live hundred years if cell fission at it occurs hundred times. However now cells live it only up to half of life, and it will live then only fifty years.
We still did not see sportsmen who in due course would have any serious problems because modern sportsmen leave sports till thirty years. Especially now, when sports competitions are at a high level, mass selection of sportsmen is observed, therefore at them the life once again is normalized. From here we do not notice bad consequences. From the point of view of the theory, the way of life of sportsmen, on the one hand, keeps to the person a strong organism, and with another – reduces its life...

On physical appearance to the sportsman to whom more than ten years, it is possible to give fifteen with extra years, and the sportsman to whom more than twenty, it is possible to give thirty with extra years. In the majority of cases sportsmen look prematurely mature and older the years. In it is both positive, and negative – it is necessary to approach to a question dialectically. Sportsmen go on such way

Scientific Study Reveals Lazy People Live Longer
STOCKHOLM - Sweden - Researchers working for the Stockholm Institute have released new data showing that inactivity and laziness are the keys to a long life. http://dailysquib.co.uk/index.php?news=1503

Too lazy to peel a banana? Too lazy to get a 9-5 job pressing hubcaps in a factory? Well, you're in luck.

Professor Anders Fuglesang of the Stockholm Institute has been studying data collated for the last fifty years on the effects of laziness in humans and life expectancy.

"Our data suggests that there is a clear correlation within the life expectancy of humans who like to take things easy, to lounge around and not get stressed, to paint, make love slowly and generally enjoy life without the rigours of hard work. The controlled study subjects who were deemed 'lazy' lived longer by about 15-20 years on average. Those subjects who had hectic jobs or lives with busy schedules on average lived shorter lives."

The data also suggests that subjects who enjoyed a life of leisure were more content with their lives and could indulge in their hobbies whereas those who had hectic lives were limited in time for themselves.

Key study findings found that most of the population routinely work themselves to death and by the age of 45 or 50 are so decrepit and destroyed inside that their remaining years alive are limited.

"There has to be a good balance to the issue of work and play. The key to longevity in any capacity holds many factors however we have found that those who take life easier and chill out live longer. Those who live chaotic, busy lifestyles live less. The study is still ongoing and we are always collating new data so who is to say what else we may find?"

The study concludes that hard work and constant pressure are precursors to early death and should be avoided at all costs.

Want to Live Longer? Then Drop the Fitness Regime and Put Your Feet Up

By Roya Nikkhah

It is the news that all sloths have been waiting for. Scientists in Germany have found that too much exercise is bad for you and that doing less could lengthen your life.

They argue that high-energy activities, such as pounding the treadmill at the gym, accelerates the ageing process and makes the body more susceptible to illness.

"A more relaxed way of life is important for your health," said Dr Axt-Gadermann. "If you lead a stressful life and exercise excessively, your body produces hormones which lead to high blood pressure and can damage your heart and arteries."

Dr Axt-Gadermann said that one key difference between the lazy and those who exercise was that the more active body produces more "free radicals" - unstable oxygen molecules that are believed to speed the ageing process.

She added: "Laziness is also important for a healthy immune system because special immune-cells are stronger in times of relaxation than stress. During relaxation or `down time', your metabolism is less active, which means the body produces fewer free radicals.

"If you do a lot of sport or are permanently stressed, then your body will produce more free radicals and that is one reason why your life could be shortened."Dr Axt-Gadermann, 37, and her 65-year-old father, who are both reformed long-distance runners, also say that laughing is healthier than running.

"When you laugh, your body produces the hormone serotonin which makes you feel happy and relaxed," said Dr Axt-Gadermann.

"The heartbeat races and blood pressure is raised for a short while, without activating your metabolism and producing the free radicals which spend your life energy. Basically, laughing is a good training session without the negative side-effects."

The book also says that laziness is good for the brain. It says that exercise and stress can cause the body to produce the hormone cortisol, which can damage cells in the brain and lead to memory loss and premature senility.

The Lazy Life

Being lazy is one of the most underrated, misunderstood forms of human existence.

It may also be a more healthful way of life than performing high-energy activities. Dr. Peter Axt, a professor of health science at Fulda University near Frankfurt, has recently written a book titled "The Joy of Laziness" that makes the following claims:

1) everybody has a limited amount of "life energy" and the speed with which it is consumed determines their life span.

2) If you lead a stressful life and exercise excessively, your body produces hormones which lead to high blood pressure and can damage your heart and arteries.

3) Lazy people produce less free radicals (unstable oxygen molecules that speed up the aging process).

4) Exercise and stress causes the body to produce the hormone cortisol which can damage cells in the brain and lead to memory loss and premature senility.

5) Late sleepers live longer than early risers because they conserve their energy.  http://www.nupathz.com/whatif/The_Lazy_Life.htm

My ideas are very strong and I sincerelly believe and follow them. We should to try to save our life energy, as much as possible. We need some exercises to keep our body in good shape.
In my next article, I will recommend some of 10 minutes exercises complexes for muscles, joints, skeletal and organs health to perform on daily basis. Plus if you walk your break time, have good entertainment, regular sex, fresh air, good food and water, trust me you are fine and will live longer. See my next articles for interesting topics.
