limited amount of life energy and the speed with which it is consumed

Here is my story:
My name is Boris
Vildbaum; I am 52 years old man, martial arts expert for many years.
I started doing sports when
I was 9 years old. My dad chose for me to do light
athletics. That is where I learned how to
run fast and easy, how to breathe correctly when you run for long or short
distances. I spent 3 years doing
that. Then, my friend took me swimming
and after 3 years I was swimming as well as a seal, long, fast, and in any
style. The next sport I learned was wrestling for another 4 years, followed by boxing,
kayaking, motorcycling and car racing. I finally settled on martial arts, which
I have been practicing and teaching for many years.
As with many people who practice sports, I had
sustained injuries such as back pain, meniscus problems, neck, elbow and
palm pain, broken nose and some teeth, and two hernias.
Would you like me to
continue? I don’t think so.
I tried to keep my
muscles big and strong. However when I was taking a break, my body tried to change me
back to my natural state. When I asked my
physical therapist why this is happening to me, his response
was "when you work out for 5 weeks, and then stop for 1 week,
your body returns back as if you never worked out before".
This happens to all
of us no matter what race or ethnicity you are. Assuming that, every other person in the world
because of physical exercises or heavy job got injured, remaining in not
comfortable, often in painful situation for their whole life. The reasons are because of very difficult
healing issues, extra sports and loads.
My friend’s son who is an excellent football player,
last year, had a knee surgery. He was disabled for almost a year. After a while he is finally playing again. With severe problem, pain, badgering all the time. One
of my coworkers had back surgery after hard work out. All year he was not doing fitness. Now he started over again. Another friend injured
the palm of his hand in the same way. He is a computer programmer, now he is unable to type. He is continuing his fitness
program. My other female coworker 32 years old few years ago, got both knee
replacement surgeries. Only, because,
she was running 1 hour, every morning, for several years. Now she is only walking.
When I asked these
people why after all this pain, they are going to keep doing more exercises,
they all say “for better health and to look good." There are millions of similar stories.
Because, they like
sports, everybody exercises. Let’s look at the people around. In the Fitness clubs, when you come over, you
see many muscled men and women working out hard. Outside on the streets, people running and
bicycling any time of the day and night.
Most of them work out for good looks and they think for better
health.
It was always this
way, but there is a problem!!!
They are wrong. This is great mistake! Excessive exercise is bad for your health and
for your life.
People live longer if
they sleep eight to nine hours a night, take naps, and avoid long work hours
and extreme exercise, say the researchers.
When you exercise to an extreme--like for an hour or more seven days a
week without giving your body a chance to rest between workouts--your adrenal
glands become overworked, thus weakening your immune system.
Also, there have been
studies that show that if you sleep more, it is easier to lose weight. So sleeping more
without any stress is the way to live. Say European researcher Roya Nikkhah
Do you like
it? If all this information is true, you should live at least 100 years.
People think
that health and physical culture are connected among themselves. Yes they are
connected, but only if we exercise moderately, or short time a day. My strong opinion is if you do it 10 minutes
a day and walk, during your breaks, that is enough to feel vigorous and healthy.
Sports however are different. From sportsmen the increase
of a training load, especially from modern sportsmen is required. To adapt
itself physically for levels of the modern sports form and to conform to high
norms, sportsmen should hold constantly their body in the best condition. In
the name of achievement of such objective it is necessary to increase a
training load, To stimulate blood circulation and by that to strengthen a
metabolism in cells, to support an active condition of an organism. Why by all
means it is necessary to strengthen a metabolism? Because, the body of the
sportsman should be in the best sports form constantly. The human body will consist of uncountable
quantity of cells which pass some phases of progress. New cells possess the
raised viability and activity, they enter a condition of growth. And when reach
a limit of the progress, cease to develop, start to lose activity. When it
falls up to the bottom limit, it on change new cells come. For an example 12 hours a cycle. Let say, in six o'clock in the
morning cell fission then all cells are in a condition of rise is made. The
ninth, tenth and eleventh hours are the most good for them time. And at twelve
o'clock cells already cease to rise on a vital way and start to lose activity.
In the mean time, cells still have half of viability. However this remained
half any more does not answer a sports condition for competition.
What
do sportsmen do? They strengthen training, accelerate blood circulation that
new cells to replace old. Here, on what way there are our sportsmen. Means,
cells fail halfway the life, not having finished all process. As a result
sportsmen can keep a sound health and the raised viability constantly. However
cells of the person cannot share endlessly. The number of cellular divisions is
limited.
Let's
admit, for all human life of a cell at it hundred times can share, in fact they
share not less than, one million times. We shall admit, the normal person can
live hundred years if cell fission at it occurs hundred times. However now
cells live it only up to half of life, and it will live then only fifty years.
We
still did not see sportsmen who in due course would have any serious problems
because modern sportsmen leave sports till thirty years. Especially now, when
sports competitions are at a high level, mass selection of sportsmen is
observed, therefore at them the life once again is normalized. From here we do
not notice bad consequences. From the point of view of the theory, the way of
life of sportsmen, on the one hand, keeps to the person a strong organism, and with
another – reduces its life...
On physical appearance to the
sportsman to whom more than ten years, it is possible to give fifteen with
extra years, and the sportsman to whom more than twenty, it is possible to give
thirty with extra years. In the majority of cases sportsmen look prematurely
mature and older the years. In it is both positive, and negative – it is
necessary to approach to a question dialectically. Sportsmen go on such way
Scientific Study Reveals Lazy People Live Longer
Too lazy to peel a banana? Too lazy to get a 9-5 job
pressing hubcaps in a factory? Well, you're in luck.
Professor Anders Fuglesang of the Stockholm Institute has been studying data
collated for the last fifty years on the effects of laziness in humans and life
expectancy.
"Our data suggests that there is a clear correlation within the life
expectancy of humans who like to take things easy, to lounge around and not get
stressed, to paint, make love slowly and generally enjoy life without the
rigours of hard work. The controlled study subjects who were deemed 'lazy'
lived longer by about 15-20 years on average. Those subjects who had hectic
jobs or lives with busy schedules on average lived shorter lives."
The data also suggests that subjects who enjoyed a life of leisure were more
content with their lives and could indulge in their hobbies whereas those who
had hectic lives were limited in time for themselves.
Key study findings found that most of the population routinely work themselves
to death and by the age of 45 or 50 are so decrepit and destroyed inside that
their remaining years alive are limited.
"There has to be a good balance to the issue of work and play. The key to
longevity in any capacity holds many factors however we have found that those
who take life easier and chill out live longer. Those who live chaotic, busy
lifestyles live less. The study is still ongoing and we are always collating
new data so who is to say what else we may find?"
The study concludes that hard work and constant pressure are precursors to
early death and should be avoided at all costs.
Want to Live Longer? Then Drop the Fitness Regime and Put Your
Feet Up
By Roya Nikkhah
It is the news that all sloths have been waiting for. Scientists in Germany
have found that too much exercise is bad for you and that doing less could
lengthen your life.
They argue that
high-energy activities, such as pounding the treadmill at the gym, accelerates
the ageing process and makes the body more susceptible to illness.
"A more relaxed way of life is important for your health," said Dr
Axt-Gadermann. "If you lead a stressful life and exercise excessively,
your body produces hormones which lead to high blood pressure and can damage
your heart and arteries."
Dr Axt-Gadermann said that one key difference between the lazy and those who
exercise was that the more active body produces more "free radicals"
- unstable oxygen molecules that are believed to speed the ageing process.
She added: "Laziness is also important for a healthy immune system because
special immune-cells are stronger in times of relaxation than stress. During
relaxation or `down time', your metabolism is less active, which means the body
produces fewer free radicals.
"If you do a lot of sport or are permanently stressed, then your body will
produce more free radicals and that is one reason why your life could be
shortened."Dr Axt-Gadermann, 37, and her 65-year-old father, who are both
reformed long-distance runners, also say that laughing is healthier than
running.
"When you laugh, your body produces the hormone serotonin which makes you
feel happy and relaxed," said Dr Axt-Gadermann.
"The heartbeat races and blood pressure is raised for a short while,
without activating your metabolism and producing the free radicals which spend
your life energy. Basically, laughing is a good training session without the
negative side-effects."
The book also says that laziness is good for the brain. It says that exercise
and stress can cause the body to produce the hormone cortisol, which can damage
cells in the brain and lead to memory loss and premature senility.
The Lazy Life
By Bret
Burquest
Being lazy is one of the most underrated, misunderstood forms of human
existence.
It may also be a more healthful way of life than performing high-energy
activities. Dr. Peter Axt, a professor of health science at Fulda University
near Frankfurt, has recently written a book titled "The Joy of
Laziness" that makes the following claims:
1) everybody has a limited amount of "life energy" and the speed with
which it is consumed determines their life span.
2) If you lead a stressful life and exercise excessively, your body produces
hormones which lead to high blood pressure and can damage your heart and
arteries.
3) Lazy people produce less free radicals (unstable oxygen molecules that speed
up the aging process).
4) Exercise and stress causes the body to produce the hormone cortisol which
can damage cells in the brain and lead to memory loss and premature senility.
5) Late sleepers live longer than early risers because they conserve their
energy. http://www.nupathz.com/whatif/The_Lazy_Life.htm
My ideas are very strong and I sincerelly believe and follow them. We should to try to save our life
energy, as much as possible. We need some exercises to keep our body in good
shape.
In my next article, I will
recommend some of 10 minutes exercises complexes for muscles, joints, skeletal
and organs health to perform on daily basis. Plus if you walk your break time,
have good entertainment, regular sex, fresh air, good food and water, trust me
you are fine and will live longer. See my next articles for interesting topics.
